  • Submit an Inquiry through our website and a Team Member will reach out to you within 24 hours.

  • No, orders can be placed directly from Rips Catering.

  • Yes, our minimum order is $600.

  • We service the greater Chicagoland area.

  • Orders need to be placed seven days in advance.

  • Yes, we deliver and offer set up for orders.

  • No, Rips is a self-service buffet model.

  • A person needs to be present to receive the delivery.

  • We accept major credit cards, Venmo, Paypal, Apple Pay, and direct bank transfers.

  • We do not currently offer sampling.

  • This policy is valid for online, email and phone catering orders. An event and/or order may be canceled with no charges up to four (4) full business days prior to the event. Cancellation of services made less than three (3) full business days prior to the event will be charged 50% of the contract. Cancellation of services made less than two (2) full business days prior to the event will be charged 75% of the contract. Cancellation of services made less than (1) full business day prior to the event will be charged 100% of the contract. Orders can not be modified within three (3) full business days prior to the event.


Allergens:

Attention customers with food allergies. Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat. While we take steps to minimize risk and safely handle the foods that contain potential allergens, please be advised that cross contamination may occur, as factors beyond our reasonable control may alter the formulations of the food we serve, or manufacturers may change their formulations without our knowledge.
