LIABILITY AND CANCELLATION POLICY

In consideration of the above, we assume all risks associated with the preparation of food products supplied under this Agreement, including matters of health and safety associated thereof.  we do hereby release, waiver, discharge, and covenant not to sue associated parties, their respective Trustees, officers, employees, and agents from liability from any and all claims including the negligence of Chosen Journey LLC., their respective Trustees, officers, employees and agents, resulting in personal injury, accident, or illness, including death and property loss arising from any and all food products provided under this Agreement.

Indemnification and Hold Harmless: I agree to INDEMNIFY and HOLD associated parties and their respective Trustees, officers, employees and agents HARMLESS from any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including attorney’s fees brought as a result in our negligence in the preparation or delivery of food products served under this Agreement and to reimburse them for any such expenses incurred.

This cancellation policy is valid for online, email and phone catering orders. An event and/or order may be canceled with no charges up to four (4) full business days prior to the event. Cancellation of services made less than three (3) full business days prior to the event will be charged 50% of the contract. Cancellation of services made less than two (2) full business days prior to the event will be charged 75% of the contract. Cancellation of services made less than (1) full business day prior to the event will be charged 100% of the contract. Orders can not be modified within three (3) full business days prior to the event.
